The Association sees that there is a great need to develop, train and impart skills and knowledge to ourwomen in the villages and communities to get in to their land and make use of the limited resources theyhave.They can get themselves busy and live independently simply by engaging in farming, raising livestock,promoting culture and tourism, taking part in literacy programmes, attend sewing, cooking and bakingclasses.Where there is women gathered in groups, it is easy for the association to assist or facilitate trainings onSmall Business Management skills, conduct farming management skills, and a path way to disseminate informations on Community Development issues.
