To serve our members more effectively across the country, the Advancing PNG: Women Leaders Network (APNG: WLN) has established five strategic Provincial Hubs in Central, Milne Bay, Simbu, Southern Highlands, and Goroka.
Each provincial hub is managed by a full-time Provincial Hub Officer beginning in 2026 —a dedicated leader identified from our active alumni and financial membership—ensuring that our services are rooted in local expertise and commitment.
These provincial hubs serve as vital centres where members and their community entities can access the resources, information, and professional services they need to thrive.
As a bridge to our Secretariat in Port Moresby, the Provincial Hubs decentralize our support systems, making our mission of driving grassroots change and community development more accessible to our women in our provinces providing a physical space for collaboration.

The first provincial hub to begin operations was Southern Highlands Provincial Hub, located in Pimaga, Kutubu Southern Highlands province in April 2024 with Ms Anne Hewago as the Provincial Hub Officer.
Simbu and Eastern Highlands Provincial Hubs established towards the end of 2025 and Central and Milne Bay established in January 2026. During the 2026 Staff Planning Meeting, the Officers joined the Secretariat Team for their first official Staff Meeting.
